Terms & privacy.

1. The prize draw

This is a free prize draw promoted by DRiP Productions Ltd(“the Promoter”) in connection with Cross The Tracks Festival 2026 at Brockwell Park, London, on Sunday 24 May 2026.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, sponsors, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible.
• One entry per email address.
• No purchase necessary. Entry is free.

3. How to enter

Submit your email address at xtracks.vipbefore the closing date. Each entrant receives a unique referral code. Entrants can share their code/link to earn additional referral credits — every friend who enters the draw via your code increases your position on the leaderboard. Entering with a friend's code also gives you a +1 head start.

4. Closing date

Entries close at 23:59 BST on Monday 5 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

• Top prize: 4 × VIP Lounge tickets to Cross The Tracks Festival 2026 (24 May 2026, Brockwell Park) and a £100 bar tab redeemable on the day.
• Runner-up prizes: 50 tickets to the Channel One afterparty at Phonox, 24 May 2026.
• All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

6. Winner selection

The top prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest referral count at the close. Runner-up prizes will be awarded to the entrants ranked #2–#51 by referral count. Tie-breaks are resolved by earliest entry timestamp.

Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the close using the email address they entered with. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Fair play

Entries that are deemed by the Promoter to use automated methods, multiple email addresses controlled by the same person, or any other form of fraudulent referral activity will be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

8. Privacy

When you enter, we collect your email address. The data controller is DRiP Productions Ltd.

What we use it for: running the prize draw (notifying winners, verifying entries) and, where you opt in, sending you information about Cross The Tracks Festival.

Lawful basis: consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep it: until 31 August 2026, after which entry data is deleted. If you opt in to marketing, that subscription is governed separately by our marketing privacy notice.

Sharing:we don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Anonymous traffic analytics are collected via Google Tag Manager.

Your rights: you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@xthetracks.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
